Terms and Conditions

  • Prices are for properties up to 2500 sqft (including finished basements). Larger properties are subject to additional charges.

  • Images are delivered via email by 5:00PM of the next day excluding properties shot on Saturday. These will be delivered on Monday. Excluding videos.

  • Same day cancellation/no-show incurs a fee of $75.

  • Having to return to a property to take additional photos incurs a fee of $100.

  • We do not take responsibility for weather conditions. Drones can not fly if wind speeds are more than 22 knots or 30 km/h

  • Payment is due within 7 days of receipt of product to avoid any late fees. $25 A DAY will be charged to the invoice, until paid in full.

  • Properties outside our service area are subject to an extra charge. (20 Kilometres outside of London, see Location map

We agree to handle your privacy and all personal information received by House and Home Photography with care. In accordance with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada) the following is our privacy policy commitment:

COLLECT:
Through our quote, booking and contact forms, our website collects personal information including name, phone number, email address, home address, square footage of property, and acreage. We will only store limited information necessary for the purpose of promoting regular business practices. Information may be collected by our website, text messages, email or phone.

USE:
Any personal information collected will be saved in our database solely for the use of regular business practices, such as for responding to inquiries, quotes, bookings or by means of contacting the person back.

DISCLOSE:
We agree to never share, send or expose personal information to the public, other persons, other than to our staff for the purpose of said use. We agree to safeguard and protect your personal information. We will take necessary precautions to avoid any loss or unauthorized use, access or disclosure of your personal information. 

CONSENT:
Your knowledge and consent is given to us automatically by submitting your personal information onto our website for collection, use and disclosure. It is the person’s own decision to send in their own personal information to our business.
